You may be familiar with the Den Meeting in a Box (DMIAB) sets from BSA national (scoutstuff.org) which are pretty neat if the set of items are a good fit for the needs of your Tiger, Wolf, or Bear den(s). There is a new one for each month to go along with the official monthly theme. They run $37.49 and include ten monthly theme booklets, ten craft kits, and ten monthly theme patches. But if you would like to just order that month’s theme patches, in whatever quantity, you can do that as well (for $1.19 each). Link
Another option is to order just the booklets, however many you want ($1.99 each). Link
And at least for February, you can also order the craft separately. For $19.99 you can order a ten-pack of the paper lantern kits. Link
This last option is a new one to me. It will be neat if we can order the craft from DMIAB as a separate item each month.
