Our local scout shop now has the 2008 printing of the Webelos Leader Guide in stock. The cover is still the same as the previous edition (shown above) except that the right title bar has a yellow background instead of blue.
I have not reviewed the new Guide, but my understanding from someone who has reviewed it is that it has only minor changes from the previous edition.
How often is this updated? Is it done annually, or as needed?
I know of very few BSA publications (e.g., Program Helps, Boy Scout Merit Badge Requirements) that are updated annually. I believe the rest are just updated as needed.
