I could see Family Travel become part of TRAVELER; Good Manners an option for CITIZEN; Hiking could become a requirement for OUTDOORSMAN; Pet Care to FAMILY MEMBER; Photography to ARTIST; Reading and Writing to SCHOLAR.

My main concern was whether or not to advise the rising WEBELOS (parents) to hold off on purchasing handbooks until the Fall.

Also: the inclusion of hockey is great, but it really makes the BSA stance on (tackle) Football and Martial Arts look inconsistent.
