Confirmation of 2010 Fee Increase

BSA’s new Cub Scout Parent Information Guide (520-259, 2009 printing) confirms, as previous reports had indicated, that the annual BSA registration fee is changing from $10 to $15 effective January 1, 2010.

    Does this mean effective when we do rechartering in December?
