A personal note. I have been Cubmaster of Pack 19 for 4 years. This week, I am stepping back from being Cubmaster. I will continue to be a pack committee member and coordinate and help lead our monthly pack hikes and campouts. And of course, I will be available to assist with making the transition a smooth one.
I have enjoyed being Cubmaster a lot. It is hard work and time-consuming, but very rewarding.
But after 4 years it is good to have a break from it. And right now during the latter part of our summer program, when things are relatively calm, is a good time to be doing the transition.
Thankfully, we have a number of talented leaders in our pack, including our new Cubmaster. They will continue to do a great job with putting on an active and well-organized Cub Scout pack program.
Good luck on your transition!
Thanks Josh!
