The Buckeye District of Simon Kenton Council (Ohio) posts a collection of Cub Scout roundtable handouts for each monthly theme similar to Baloo’s Bugle. The packet has games, crafts, songs, skits, and more.

EPA Planet Protectors Club

The EPA has a number of puzzles, games, and activities about recycling at the Planet Protectors Club website. PPC is aimed at K-5 kids and may be helpful for planning “Litter to Glitter” den meeting activities.

The February 2008 Baloo’s Bugle is now available with lots of games, skits, puzzles, crafts, and other ideas for den and pack meetings for the March 2008 monthly theme (“Litter to Glitter“).

For Webelos Scout den meetings, it also has activities for the Engineer and Athlete Webelos activity badges.

The February 2008 Cubcast from BSA National is now available. It discusses ideas for den meetings and more utilizing the upcoming “Litter to Glitter” March theme. It also has a good discussion of the Cub Scout Academics and Sports program in your den or Pack.

(I won’t be surprised if they revise the url for the February 2008 Cubcast because it appears that they inadvertently used the same url as for the January 2008 Cubcast. Stay tuned.) Link
